Clayton County is one of Georgia’s smallest counties in terms of land size with an area of only 143 square miles, but is one of the most densely populated as the county is made up of six incorporated cities. As of April 30, 2019, the Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) served 82,997 water customers, 67,339 sewer customers, and 80,650 stormwater customers.
